Job Description

ADP is hiring an experienced attorney,based in Barcelona or London, to serve as an integral member of ADP’s Global Contracts Team. The Senior Counsel will lead the negotiation of contracts of varying complexity supporting ADP’s businesses in the United Kingdom, North America and globally. The successful candidate will have a strong business orientation and be responsible for collaborating across business units and product areas. This highly visible role offers the opportunity to advise senior business stakeholders, including Sales, Finance, the Global Security Organization and Service, on contract strategy, legal risk and risk mitigation. The successful candidate will also be instrumental in helping to drive innovation in the ADP contracting process.
