About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer specializing in Power Generation Plants to join our team in Seville, Barcelona, or Madrid. This position can also be based in our offices in Ireland or the UK.


You will work in an environment where your expertise will be highly valued, enabling you to make a meaningful impact. By developing advanced technical solutions for complex challenges, you will help create value for our clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of electrical studies in the industrial engineering sector.
  • Manage technical meetings with clients.
  • Train and mentor junior team members while reviewing their work.
  • Drive project acquisition efforts in the energy sector.


Key Requirements

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • Electrical Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the following power plant studies:
  • Load flow and reactive power compensation
  • Short-circuit analysis
  • Power quality assessments (flicker, voltage dips, harmonics)
  • Protection coordination
  • Dynamic studies
  • Advanced proficiency in DigSilent
  • Fluent in English (advanced level)
  • International project experience


Desired Requirements

  • Experience conducting electrical studies in the UK
  • C2-level English proficiency
  • Advanced knowledge of ETAP
  • Experience in electrical studies for industrial projects beyond power generation
  • Expertise in:
  • Load flow and reactive power compensation
  • Short-circuit analysis
  • Protection coordination
  • Motor start-up analysis
