Implementing signal processing expertise for electronic sensor technology

Based in Cambridge, this tech start-up is looking to recruit a Senior DSP / Embedded Software Engineer to join their multidisciplinary team. You'll work on electronic sensors, and develop and implement MATLAB code in order to derive analytics from real-world data. This will also involve the use of embedded C for optimisation and general prototpying.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electronics, Applied Maths, Physics or similar. Ideally have a relevant Master's or PhD.
  • Industry experience with MATLAB for signal processing with exposure to algorithms.
  • Experience in prototyping using embedded C.
  • Exposure to real-world sensor systems in noisy environments, machine learning, or digital based filters would be desirable.

    Whilst hybrid working is possible (minimally 3 days a week in the office), candidates must be based in or around Cambridge (or willing to relocate to Cambridge). Applications from candidates already based in the UK, have worked in the UK and who require company sponsorship can be considered.
