THE ROLE As the Senior DigitalMarketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping andexecuting our digital marketing strategy, enhancing our onlinepresence, and elevating our brand. With 3–5+ years of experience,you’ll lead initiatives in marketing strategy, digital marketing,design and branding, and website development, focusing on drivingawareness, engagement, and conversions for our events. You’ll bringstrong expertise in tools like HubSpot, SEO, Google Ads, PPC, andGoogle Analytics. Core Responsibilities Marketing Strategy andImplementation - Develop and execute a comprehensive digitalmarketing strategy to drive ticket sales, brand awareness, andaudience engagement. - Create multi-channel marketing campaignsacross email, social media, paid media, and content marketing. -Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, adjustingstrategies to optimize impact and return on investment. DigitalMarketing Execution - Lead and manage paid search, display, PPC,and retargeting campaigns across Google Ads and other relevantplatforms. - Implement SEO best practices, conduct keywordresearch, and optimize website content to improve organic searchrankings and visibility. - Oversee social media and email marketingstrategies to drive customer engagement and lead generation. Designand Branding - Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuringconsistency across all digital platforms. - Collaborate withdesigners and creative teams to produce high-quality digitalassets, such as landing pages, email templates, banners, and socialmedia graphics. - Monitor brand health and refine digital creativedirection to align with the company’s objectives. WebsiteDevelopment and Optimization - Oversee website developmentprojects, ensuring a seamless user experience, optimized landingpages, and conversion-friendly site architecture. - Partner withinternal and external teams to implement website updates, A/Btesting, and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) techniques toimprove engagement and conversions. Analytics and Reporting -Analyze data from HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other platforms toassess campaign performance and identify trends. - Generateactionable insights through analytical reporting, adjustingstrategies to improve effectiveness and impact. - Share insightsand results with key stakeholders, making recommendations based ondata-driven findings. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree inMarketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field. - 3–5+years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within events,entertainment, or a similar fast-paced industry. - Proven trackrecord in developing and executing successful digital marketingstrategies and campaigns. - Proficiency in HubSpot, GoogleAnalytics, SEO, Google Ads, PPC. - Strong analytical skills and adata-driven mindset, with the ability to use metrics and datainsights to refine strategies. - Experience managing websiteprojects and best practices. - Excellent communication and projectmanagement skills, with an eye for detail and brand consistency.Preferred Qualifications: - Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot,or other relevant platforms. - Experience with social mediamanagement, content marketing, and/or email marketing automation. -Knowledge of graphic design principles or experience working withdesign software.
