This home-based role presents an exceptional opportunity for talented individuals to work on meaningful projects that have a direct impact on our clients and contribute to the betterment of society through the power of AI. p>

What You'll Be Doing: strong> p>

-Work with internal and external stakeholders to define, prioritise, and rank business problems and AI solutions  p>

-Analyse and validate product/ solution ideas, taking into account desirability, viability, and feasibility, and recommend next steps  p>

-Manage the product/ solution development process from ideation to development and launch  p>

-Drive cross-functional alignment and consensus on product/ solution priorities  p>

-Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to prioritise roadmap items  p>

-Help stakeholders productionise results of AI solutions  p>

-Drive discoveries of new product ideas  p>

-Produce AI solution design documentation  p>

-Test and iterate products based on feedback from users; design and conduct A/ B testing  p>

-Contribute to developing a Capita-wide AI delivery strategies and product management framework  p>

What we're looking for: strong> p>

-Demonstrable experience as a product manager/ consultant and/ or business analyst, developing AI products and solutions from inception to productisation in an enterprise setting  p>

-Experience working as part of a multidisciplinary, agile team to deliver user-centered AI applications  p>

-Proven experience in shaping or contributing to your company's AI strategies  p>

-Practical knowledge of MLOps, with demonstrable success in scaling AI or data products  p>

-Strong technical knowledge and understanding of key AI domains, with a focus on GenAI technologies  p>

-Knowledge of regulatory and ethical considerations in AI  p>

-Demonstrable commitment to learning about AI through your own initiatives, such as courses, books, or side projects  p>

-Substantial experience in at least two of the following domains:   p>

-product management or delivery management  p>

-business analysis, or / and   p>

-business development or consultancy in relation to AI solutions  p>

-Superior communication and stakeholder management skills, with demonstrable experience of influencing, interacting with, and presenting to senior stakeholders  p>

-Big picture thinker with a consulting mindset and commercial awareness  p>

-Pro-active attitude and great team working skills  p>

-Outcomes-oriented, with the ability to demonstrate influence and vision  p>

-Eligibility for SC Clearance  p>

Preferred additional skills/ experience but not essential: strong> p>

-Experience in Azure / GCP / AWS tooling  p>

-Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques    p>

-Consultancy experience   p>
