The Opportunity 

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our engineering team and take a leading role in developing our cutting-edge technology platform. This is a technically challenging and rewarding position that offers you the chance to work in a dynamic, high-energy, and innovative startup environment, collaborating closely with some of the world’s most renowned technology companies. Key responsibilities 

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be instrumental in shaping and implementing our DevOps strategy and initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
• Contribute to the technical design and implementation of our DevOps roadmap.
• Manage, automate, and continuously improve our infrastructure and operations.
• Lead security efforts by reviewing our architecture and processes, documenting best practices, and organising training sessions for the team.
• Ensure our documentation is comprehensive and up to date.
• Optimise cloud infrastructure to manage and reduce costs.
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and debug issues.
• Participate in code reviews and drive engineering excellence across the company.

About you

Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to design and implement end-to-end software systems. A passion for innovating within DevOps, with a focus on data engineering and data-driven products. Take initiative, ownership, and have plenty of energy and drive to deliver high-quality results.

Skills/Experience Required 

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 2+ years of hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes. 2+ years of experience building, running, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines. Proficiency with databases (SQL and/or Elasticsearch). 2+ years working closely with development teams, including Backend, Frontend, and Machine Learning engineers. Solid understanding of security principles and best practices. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or others. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) 

Skills/Experience preferred

Any of the following will make you stand out:

Experience with Microsoft Azure technologies such as EntraID, ACR, KeyVault, Storage Accounts, etc. Experience in configuring and managing fleets of devices and VPNs (e.g., Tailscale, WireGuard). Familiarity with continuous deployment tools (e.g., ArgoCD). Knowledge of MLOps, data pipelines, and related workflows. Experience with compliance frameworks such as ISO27001 or SOC2.
