The role

The newly formed Data and Analytics team will play an important role in Wealthify’s growth ambitions as it moves from start-up to scale-up.

We want to transform the way we communicate with our customers. To gain deeper understanding of their relationship with us including their digital journeys. To use insight and analytics to help design new products and propositions that support our customers and help them to grow their wealth. To provide intelligence to the business that enables them to make the right strategic decisions to drive business performance and improve customer experience.

In your role as Senior Decisioning Scientist you’ll

help deliver a data driven omni-channel communication strategy, delivering systemic comms sent to the right customers, for the right reasons at the right time to convert more prospects, cross-sell and better retain our customers. build timely triggers based on indicators of customer need. utilise our data science capability to predict likelihood to convert. create insight to inform messaging and how we segment our customers. measure the incremental impact of our customer communications. help to deliver programmes of test and learn across customer communications, set up to be measurable. take technical information and translate effectively into comprehensive, relevant and useful presentation/communication.

What we’re looking for

Proven experience in Decisioning Science, preferably in a start-up or fast-paced environment and/or within Financial Services. Evidence of having delivered programmes of omni channel customer contact to generate income. Evidence of having applied data science modelling techniques to improve Experience in the following or similar: SQL and Python programming languages Multichannel communications platforms like Optimove, Pega or Adobe Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Big Query - not essential but useful Power BI (or similar) Working in Public Cloud environment, preferably Azure. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management; the ability to consult and provide insights and recommendation to senior stakeholders. Proven ability to take initiative and be innovative.
