Skills and Experience

Thorough knowledge of the R language

Understanding of MLOps and DevOps frameworks

Experience with GitHub, including version control, collaboration, testing, and CI/CD

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical and statistical ideas to non-specialists

Experience with cloud platforms such as Databricks

What you will do

Serve as a bridge between statisticians and technical teams

Design and implement MLOps frameworks to support deployment of statistical models as REST APIs

Refactor and optimize R code for production, focusing on performance, reproducibility, and API integration

Educate statisticians and engineers on MLOps principles to foster shared understanding
