About the Product and Engineering team
The Choreograph Product & Engineering team is responsible for building the technology platform that powers the way we create audiences, forecast, price, and

optimise

cross-channel campaigns. It is a propriety solution which has a fast-expanding user base across markets, agencies, and clients. There is an extensive roadmap of developments that is required to support all the use cases and channels.
The team consists of several specialist areas, including product management, project management, data science, technical design, and technical account management.
Who we are looking for
As a Senior Data Scientist, you will contribute towards designing and developing data science algorithms and business solutions on a project basis and work to further the progress of the data science team. You will partner closely with the product management, strategy, and engineering practices to help develop and improve the product offerings of Choreograph.
You will be able to apply your skills on a wide range of data science functions: from building data feeds and pipelines that support models, to working on the models themselves and

optimising

and

productionising

these models into the business.
You will be a part of a vibrant group, collaborating with specialist and business teams, demonstrating your technical knowledge and growing your soft/interpersonal skills.
What you’ll do
Work alongside senior data and product professionals to build simulation and

optimisation

algorithms that drive media efficiency
Demonstrate a questioning mindset, research and apply a wide range of data science methodologies. Able to identify and resolve data issues
Use Python to create predictive models -

analyse

wide range of data and build trends and

behavioural

predictions
Work closely with business (Product Team and Stakeholders) to translate business requests, questions and concerns into successful data science implementations
Have an appreciation of project management a high level - understand how project tasks relate to a project goal and desired results/insight
Take responsibility and accountability for your projects and complete the work with minimal guidance.
Provide regular detailed technical updates on projects and able to highlight the impact on the overall delivery
Upskill and support more junior colleagues
Demonstrate great attention to detail, provide good level of documentation
Possess great communication and collaboration skills
Interpret complex messages, outputs and algorithms and simplify them into actionable steps Present project/team work internally
Build reports, dashboards and

visualisations
What you’ll

need
We are looking for a candidate who can display the following attributes:
Applied data science / analytics experience
Excellent analytical skills and strong statistical knowledge, as well as interest in applying them to complex problems
Deep interest in the craft of writing code
Strong Python programming skills and familiarity with the Python ecosystem.
Good understanding of ML algorithms
Self-motivation with the ability to make decisions in the absence of detailed instructions
Ability to communicate complex analysis in a clear, precise, and actionable manner
Ability to lead effective collaboration with colleagues from data science, product and engineering
Dedication to quality and passion for continuing to grow the skillsets of yourself and others.
Ability to communicate with collaborators from a variety of backgrounds in a clear, precise and tailored manner.
Experience in working within international environment
Full command of English – C1 level
Nice-to-haves are:
Knowledge of Jira
Experience in using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to deliver technical products and data solutions
Understanding of Media Planning, preferably within AdTech
Experience of working in large global enterprises in delivering data-driven solutions
Experience with agent-based modelling solutions
