Senior Data Scientist

London – Hybrid (3 days a week)

£70,000 - £90,000 + Benefits


Our client is a precision marketing agency, leveraging data, technology, and creativity to fuel client growth. As part of their Marketing Sciences Data Science Team, you’ll play a pivotal role in revolutionising marketing strategies through cutting-edge Data Science and Machine Learning solutions.


What You’ll Do

  • Build predictive models for campaign optimisation, forecasting, and price elasticity analysis.
  • Support junior data scientists while contributing to high-impact projects.
  • Create and implement AI-driven solutions that personalise customer experiences and maximise marketing performance.
  • Use A/B testing and advanced analytics to assess the real-world impact of data-driven strategies.
  • Present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders, driving data-led decision-making.


What We’re Looking For

  • A strong academic background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in machine learning applications such as recommendation systems, segmentation, and marketing optimisation.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, Bash, and Git, with hands-on experience in Jupyter notebooks, Pandas, and PyTorch.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Databricks, Snowflake) and containerisation tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for driving measurable business impact.
  • Knowledge of marketing measurement techniques like media mix modelling.
  • Exposure to advanced AI techniques (RNNs, NLP, GenAI, CausalAI, etc.).
