Senior Data Scientist (Python SQL Statistics) Guildford / WFH to £80k

Are you a Data Scientist looking for a new opportunity with a variety of complex and interesting work?

You could be progressing your career in a senior, hands-on role at a scaling technology company that produces software solutions for the defence and civil aviation sector.

As a Data Scientist you will develop actionable insights across a suite of projects, primarily in Aviation and Defence; this could be anything from rigorous statistical analysis to the development of advanced, computationally intensive numerical models. You'll use Python to develop data pipelines and for the ingestion, manipulation and analysis of large datasets.

Location / WFH:

You can work from home most of the time, meeting up with colleagues in the Guildford office 1-2 days a week; you'll join a collaborative and diverse team.

About you:

You are an experienced Data Science You have strong Python and SQL programming skills You are highly numerate with a strong knowledge of Statistics You are degree educated in a relevant mathematical discipline from a top tier university You're collaborative with experience of partnering with software engineers Please note: You must have SC Clearance (or ability to achieve it - i.e. you must be a British citizen with the past 5 years continually based in the UK) due to the nature of the project / client
