The role


You’ll take full ownership of model development, building and deploying ML models that directly influence decisions across underwriting, fraud, and customer conversion. It’s hands-on, end-to-end, and you’ll be working with both structured and unstructured data in a fast-moving, collaborative team.


What we’re looking for


  • Strong Python (pandas, sklearn, etc.) and advanced SQL
  • Experience building behavioural or credit models
  • Solid understanding of ML algorithms (not just how to run them)
  • Clear communicator across tech and non-tech teams
  • Awareness of data drift and model monitoring
  • Amazing visualization skills; ideas need to land
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field


Bonus points for


  • Credit card or consumer finance experience
  • Exposure to deep learning (Keras, TensorFlow)
  • Git, Tableau, Bitbucket
  • Master’s in Data Science or similar
