Responsibilities
- ModelEvaluation&Customization:
- Evaluate,fine-tune,andimplementappropriateAI/MLmodelsonAryaXAI.comtailoredforenterpriseandregulatedusecases.Considerfactorssuchasaccuracy,computationalefficiency,scalability,andregulatoryconstraints.
- ArchitecturalAssessment:
- Assessandrecommendvariousmodelarchitectures,ensuringthatselectedsolutionsmeetthehighstandardsrequiredbycomplexbusinessproblemsinfinancialservicesandotherregulatedindustries.
- EnterpriseIntegration:
- LeadthedeploymentofAImodelsintoproductionenvironments,ensuringseamlessintegrationwithexistingenterprisesystemswhileupholdingstrictcomplianceandsecuritystandards.
- AdvancedAITechniques:
- Drivethedevelopmentandimplementationofstate-of-the-artAIarchitectures,incorporatingadvancedexplainability,AIsafety,andalignmenttechniquessuitedforregulatedapplications.
- Specialization&Innovation:
- Takeownershipofspecializedareaswithinmachinelearning/deeplearningtoaddressspecificchallengesrelatedtocomplexdatasets,regulatoryrequirements,andenterprise-gradeAIsolutions.
- Collaboration&QualityAssurance:
- CollaboratecloselywithMachineLearningEngineers(MLEs)andSoftwareDevelopmentEngineers(SDEs)torolloutfeatures,managequalityassurance,andensurethatalldeployedmodelsmeetbothperformanceandcompliancebenchmarks.
- Documentation&Compliance:
- Createandmaintaindetailedtechnicalandproductdocumentation,withanemphasisonauditabilityandadherencetoregulatorystandards.
Qualifications
- Educational&ProfessionalBackground:
- Asolidacademicbackgroundinmachinelearning,deeplearning,orreinforcementlearning,ideallycomplementedbyexperienceinregulatedindustriessuchasfinancialservicesorenterprisesectors.
- RegulatedIndustryExperience(FS,BankingorInsuranceispreferred)
- Proventrackrecord(2+years)ofhands-onexperienceindatasciencewithinhighlyregulatedenvironments,withadeepunderstandingoftheuniquechallengesandcompliancerequirementsinthesesettings.
- TechnicalExpertise:
- Demonstratedproficiencywithdeeplearningframeworks(TensorFlow,PyTorch,etc.)andexperienceinimplementingadvancedtechniques(Transformermodels,GANs,etc.).
- DiverseDataHandling:
- Experienceworkingwithvarieddatatypes—includingtextual,tabular,categorical,andimagedata—andtheabilitytodevelopmodelsthathandlecomplex,enterprise-leveldatasets.
