As part of our team, you'll be tasked with:
You will be working in a fast paced, innovation driven data science team, across various industries and use cases. The first project will be focused on R package validation in one of our global biopharma customers, collaborating with the validation lead and statisticians to assess R packages needed for regulatory work, specifically:

  • Perform package assessments
  • Review business user R package assessments
  • Support custom package developers to ensure compliance with organisation’s own standards
  • Release package updates in line with internal/external standards

Qualifications

  • Thorough knowledge of the R language
  • Daily use of GitHub, including version control, collaboration, testing and CI/CD
  • Track record of publishing high quality R packages on CRAN
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills anddemonstrated ability to effectivelycommunicate complex technical and statistical ideas to non-specialists.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience biostatistics and clinical programming.
  • Working with Cloud (e.g. Azure) infrastructure and services.
  • Data science background including machine learning, and Shiny app development.
