About the Role

Our client, a global leader in health-tech AI solutions, is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join their UK-based team. Key Responsibilities

Analytics Leadership & Delivery:

Lead project teams to deliver high-quality analytics solutions, ensuring alignment with client goals.
Drive impactful projects that leverage advanced AI and data science techniques to transform healthcare operations.

Technical Execution:

Utilize tools like Palantir Foundry to integrate and analyze disparate datasets, creating unified views for actionable insights.
Deliver comprehensive analytics processes, including data quality assessments, feature engineering, model development, and insights visualization.
Apply advanced machine learning methods to optimize resource allocation, predict patient outcomes, and enhance operational efficiency.

Collaboration & Client Engagement:

Work closely with stakeholders to understand objectives, tailoring data-driven solutions to address complex health challenges.
Collaborate with other data scientists, analysts, and engineers to foster innovation and maintain a high-performance environment.

Team Development:

Share knowledge, mentor team members, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and growth.

What You Bring

Technical Expertise: At least 5 years of experience in data analytics or data science, with strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and Spark.
Health Sector Experience: Familiarity with healthcare datasets or experience in pharma, medtech, or hospitals.
Advanced Analytics Knowledge: Expertise in data preparation, feature engineering, model training, and statistical methodologies.
Palantir Foundry Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Foundry, leveraging its capabilities to integrate, analyze, and deliver insights from complex datasets.
Academic Background: A degree in engineering, mathematics, actuarial studies, statistics, physics, or a related field.
Consultative Approach: Proven ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders and develop tailored, impactful solutions.
Agile Mindset: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
Collaborative Spirit: Strong experience working within diverse teams, contributing to a culture of innovation and collaboration.
