Reperio are working with a well-established retail company in Cork who are seeking a Senior Data Scientist. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing and implementing data-driven solutions that support key business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior data scientists, and work on a variety of high-impact projects involving machine learning, predictive modelling, and advanced analytics.

Requirements:

Master's or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
Expertise in data manipulation, feature engineering, and large-scale data analysis using tools such as SQL, Spark, or Hadoop.
Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in leading projects and mentoring junior team members.Bonus Qualifications:

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
Familiarity with deep learning, NLP, or computer vision techniques.Benefits:
