As a Senior Data Scientist, you'll play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making and influencing key business outcomes. Your expertise will help us better understand people everywhere and deliver real impact for our clients and our business.

What you'll be doing
  • Designing and implementing advanced machine learning models to solve real business challenges.
  • Analysing large datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and insights that drive strategic decisions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics solutions into business operations.
  • Optimising the performance of existing models and addressing weaknesses through detailed analysis.
  • Communicating technical findings to stakeholders through clear reports and visualisations.
The ideal skills & experience
  • Strong Python skills, with experience using Git for version control.
  • Strong SQL skills and familiarity with databases such as Redshift, Postgres, or Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and applications, including regression, clustering, decision trees, neural networks, and exposure to generative AI or large language models.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, accessible way.
