We’re partnering with a globally recognised management consultancy as they rapidly expand their UK Agentic AI team. From Senior Consultant to Associate Director, these roles sit at the cutting edge of AI strategy, design, and delivery, with a particular focus on agentic AI systems—powered by LLMs, autonomous agents, LangChain, and LangGraph.

đź§  The Opportunity: Agentic AI Consultant

You’ll operate at the intersection of technical innovation and business strategy, helping Fortune 500 clients realise the value of Agentic AI architectures.



🔍 Key Responsibilities:

  • Agentic AI Strategy: Advise senior stakeholders on leveraging LLMs, autonomous AI agents, and generative AI to solve complex business problems.
  • AI Solution Architecture: Design and implement scalable, production-ready systems using LangChain, LangGraph, and other agentic AI frameworks.
  • Multi-Disciplinary Collaboration: Partner with data scientists, ML engineers, and product strategists to deliver real-world outcomes.
  • Client Enablement: Lead training, workshops, and innovation sessions to foster AI adoption and literacy in agent-based systems.



🎓 What You Bring:

  • PhD or MSc (essential) in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Hands-on expertise with LangChain, LangGraph, and LLM orchestration tools
  • Proven experience building and deploying agentic AI systems, multi-agent frameworks, or LLM-powered automation
  • Strong grasp of prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and autonomous task execution
  • Familiarity with MLOps, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and AI infrastructure pipelines
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills—client-facing experience essential
