The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in machine learning, Generative AI (GenAI), and cloud technologies, alongside a proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver impactful results.The role can be based at either their Cheltenham, Manchester or London sites & requires active DV security clearance.Key Responsibilities:

Develop cutting-edge AI and analytics solutions, leveraging advanced data science techniques such as machine learning, NLP, and deep learning.Work closely with clients to understand their needs, present technical solutions, and ensure project goals are met effectively.Build and deploy scalable AI models on platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, using tools such as Kubernetes and Terraform.Lead technical teams in Agile environments, offering guidance, managing risks, and ensuring timely project delivery.Required Skills:

Proficiency in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and platforms like Databricks or AzureML.Demonstrable experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, ArgoCD) for deploying AI solutions.Strong ability to explain complex data science solutions to clients and inspire project teams.Active DV security clearance.Package Details:
