Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Data Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of FX data products. This client-facing role requires deep expertise in data governance, integration, and analytics, with strong collaboration across product, technology, and commercial teams. The ideal candidate will drive data quality initiatives, support client engagement, and lead a team focused on delivering high-impact data solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and strategy of FX data products, ensuring client value and business alignment.
  • Drive data quality through governance policies, automated checks, and issue resolution.
  • Oversee data integration, storage, and pipeline optimization with technology teams.
  • Act as the FX data product expert, supporting internal teams and engaging with clients.
  • Translate business needs into actionable data solutions and ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance and implement data security best practices.
  • Manage and mentor a team of analysts, promoting innovation and continuous improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data management, preferably within financial services and FX.
  • Strong command of data governance and quality management principles.
  • Proficiency in SQL and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with Python or R and time-series databases.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Knowledge of machine learning techniques.
  • Understanding of FX markets and instruments.
  • Experience in end-to-end data product lifecycle management.
