Senior Data Insight Analyst - E-commerce & Re-commerce Innovation

Location: Hybrid (Head Office in Oxfordshire + Hybrid Flexibility on star & End times )
Salary: £60,000

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join a agile and rapidly growing online retail company as a Senior Data Insight Analyst.

🌟 About the Role

As a key member of the Data Insight Team, the analytical heartbeat of the business, you'll use vast datasets to uncover trends, improve pricing, enhance customer journeys, and drive strategic growth across multiple brands. You'll work closely with marketing, product, and executive teams to turn data into useful insights that fuel innovation and performance.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

For the B2C Retail Brand:

Develop pricing algorithms balancing supply, demand, and margin targets.
Build dashboards to track product launches and promotional performance.
Analyse customer acquisition channels and ROI using tools like Google Analytics, Ads, Meta, Bing.
Map customer journeys and identify conversion drivers.
Enhance loyalty programs and customer lifetime value.
Lead A/B and multivariate testing to improve UX and conversion.
Drive segmentation and personalisation strategies.For the Re-commerce Brand:

Refine and expand product valuation algorithms.
Introduce automation and machine learning to valuation processes.
Improve dashboards for customer behaviour insights.
Collaborate on testing programs to improve site performance.
Enhance competitor analysis and integrate findings into strategy.🎯 What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in data insight, pricing, or revenue optimisation.
experienced with large datasets from ingestion to analysis.
Strong background in e-commerce analytics (Google, Meta, Bing).
Advanced SQL, Excel (including VBA/macros), and Power BI skills.
Experience with Python is a plus.
Highly numerate with excellent problem-solving skills.
