If you like what you hear, then we'd love you to apply Please note that this is a fixed term vacancy for 12 months You will be accountable for: Leading analytical projects across the organisation and the analytics teams Building and maintaining analytical models across various software & approaches Delivering accurate analysis/reporting on a weekly/monthly basis across all areas, and present actionable insights to a wide audience Support ad hoc queries and external team process improvements Simplify, manipulate & present large volumes of complex data Ensuring that underlying data has been validated and is of the highest quality Proactively create compelling actionable insight from the base data, models & reports Working with stakeholders to maximise the value derived from your reports and insight Pro-active approach to identifying opportunities, improving processes and systems Communicating effectively with both technical & non-technical stakeholders of varying seniority To be successful in this role you will require the following… A degree (BSc/or equivalent) in a numerate subject such as Analysis, Data Science, or Maths with specific analytical qualifications is essential Previous experience as a Data Analyst or similar role is preferred Experience in Databricks would be highly desired but is not required. Some or all of the following technical skills & experience: Data visualisation tools (PowerBI) Manipulating data (Python /power query/ SQL) Analytical models (Python: SciKitLearn, Imblearn, Prophet, XGBoost) Optimising manual processes (Python ) Translating data into actionable insight Advanced analytical skills Understanding of Databases (Oracle / SAP Hana / AWS) Organised and numerically astute Ability to manage and lead data projects Rigorous attention to detail Ability to work under own initiative and manage own workload Why Work Here?
