Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges, and translate them into data-driven strategies and actionable insights. Develop and refine data models, perform complex data analysis, and create data visualizations to communicate key findings to stakeholders. Lead data engineering efforts, including data cleansing, transformation, and automation, to ensure data integrity and availability. Mentor and guide junior data analysts and team members, providing technical oversight and knowledge sharing. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. 5 years of experience in data analytics, with a strong emphasis on applying AI and machine learning solutions. Expertise in data analytics tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL) and proficiency with AI and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-learn). Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, D3.js). Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to design innovative solutions and drive value for clients. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
