The Opportunity 
In response to strong market demand, we are seeking additional individuals to enhance our existing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the Data Analytics team who are not only changing how we deliver services to our clients but are also committed to creating a diverse environment where EY people are valued, where they feel they belong and can contribute their best in every encounter. 


Your Role and Responsibilities 

Helping clients unlock value from their information assets through collaboration with domain experts and by embedding innovative data analytics solutions in existing services lines  Ability to take initiative and derive innovative solutions that tailor our insights and solutions to specific industry, sector, and regulatory dynamics. Collaborating effectively with multi-disciplinary teams across a range of industries to help our clients transform and improve their business  Responsibility for a robust set of tools and infrastructure to sanitize, store and manipulate data (following leading standards for data security and privacy). Performing statistical analysis and modelling using a variety of tools and programming languages to tell compelling stories to our clients through the application of Data Visualisation software  Use best practices to design, develop and maintain reliable and scalable data infrastructure


Skills and attributes for success

Previous experience in a consulting or industry role  Strong academic record including a degree in a relevant, analytical discipline with an interest in data and a willingness to learn new skills and technologies  Effective communication skills with the ability to explain complex information using clear non-technical language  Continuously builds and masters key technical, functional and professional skills A passion to contribute to the growth of the team, bringing energy, enthusiasm and the courage to lead and develop others  Demonstrates ability to direct and lead the activities of junior team members  Naturally inquisitive and analytically minded with the passion and ability to apply new techniques to deliver insights and solve problems  Experience using Data Visualisation software including Qlikview, PowerBI or Tableau. Experience building relational databases, data warehouses, data lakes Experience with ETL tools such as Azure Data Factory, SSIS, AWS Data Pipeline or similar, to build robust data pipelines that can deal with poor quality or changing data Understanding of Data Governance and Master Data Management principles
