What will you be doing?

As a Senior Communications & Content Manager, you will be joining Adarga at a key time for the business. We are a high-growth, B2B, SaaS scale-up growing our marketing team. Your role will report into the VP of Marketing and Communications and you will be responsible for creating and executing compelling communications campaigns and content targeted at a variety of stakeholders to drive growth at a very exciting time for the business.



Responsibilities: 

  • Planning, building, and executing compelling communications campaigns and diverse content activities to increase our share of voice and drive sales opportunities. This includes vertical-sector, product, and tech thought leadership.
  • This will require full campaign planning including content creation through to implementation via events and digital channels – such as email, blog posts, video, social media, landing pages, webinars, earned media etc.
  • Speech writing, preparing internal speakers for public talks, and event design
  • Working closely, and in partnership with the Sales team to tailor public sector communications and product offerings in a way that resonates with the audience
  • Own and develop our PR strategy
  • Take ownership of our social media strategy and outreach



What do you need?

  • Significant experience of working in a marcomms or content function within defence/national security/public sector or in a commercial risk/security/intelligence business
  • B2B tech experience, AI a bonus
  • Strong track record leading impactful strategic communications and content strategies for a mission-driven company
  • Excellent ability to turn technical concepts into digestible and engaging content
  • Experience in press relations


Interview Process

  • Intro to Adarga with the Talent Partner (Phone - 15 minutes)
  • CV walkthrough with a member of our marketing team (Microsoft Teams - 45 minutes)
  • Take home writing task 
  • Come in and visit it us at our London HQ to meet additional members of the team (In person - 90 minutes)
