We specialise in helping automotive, retail and financial services businesses to excel by supporting them across strategy, campaign delivery, technical consultancy and data/analytics.

The Senior Campaign Manager role is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and client-focused individual to join a fast-growing, agile company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing multiple priorities, and has a strong background in email marketing and CRM.
 
You will act as a trusted extension of our client’s team, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional marketing campaigns and projects. You will facilitate this by coordinating with internal SMEs, various third parties and client stakeholders.
 
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be the main point of contact for the client and will be able to utilise your CRM expertise to proactively and independently respond to business requirements at pace. You will have a natural curiosity to not take requests at face value and be confident to challenge. 
 
You will always be looking for opportunities to increase the effectiveness of campaigns whilst also monitoring the overall contact strategy across multiple product areas to prevent over communicating to the database. You will be able to understand how the individual campaign objective fits within the wider business context and strategy for both Profusion and the client.
 
You will bring an ability to assess the effectiveness of campaigns from both a creative and audience selections perspective and provide the client with data-driven insights to continually optimise performance. 
 
As a Senior Campaign Manager, your responsibilities will be:
 

  • Lead multiple complex end-to-end email campaigns, including scoping, planning, creative review/recommendations, creation of audience data selections, HTML build, testing, and execution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and third parties, ensuring excellence in service delivery and that we are always aligning to CRM best-practice
  • Interpret and translate client briefs, clarifying unknowns, and consolidating campaign objectives including proactively offering our recommendations to optimise campaigns
  • Develop and deliver quotes and estimates for ad hoc projects while coordinating internal technical developers to ensure specifications are met and deadlines are achieved
  • Deliver post-campaign analysis in the form of one pagers and contribute to wider performance reviews
  • Staying on top of latest relevant technical innovations and industry trends to with clients 
  • Any other additional responsibilities the role may require

 
Personal Specification: Knowledge, Experience and Skills


You should have experience working in a fast-paced environment, either within an agency or client-side. You will have a strong grasp of email marketing and best practice, and excellent client and project management skills. 

Experience managing several campaigns simultaneously is essential - we are keen to meet digitally focused, ambitious and client-orientated Senior Campaign Managers. Comfortable working with ambiguity & changing requirements as well as collaboratively within corporate client environments.

 
Knowledge & Experience

  • Experienced in all aspects of email campaign delivery, including setup, segmentation, testing, deployment, quality assurance, and reporting, with a thorough understanding of the end-to-end execution process
  • Salesforce experience is desirable but not essential. Proficient in at least one of the major ESP platforms (e.g. Adobe Campaign, Braze, Responsys or Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Strong experience in account and client management; able to independently understand client needs with a strong emphasis on quality and client satisfaction
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments, ensuring client projects and campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
  • Understand quality assurance processes to verify requirements and maintain high standards
  • Basic knowledge of HTML for email and project management skills is a plus
