Senior Business Operations Analyst - Defence

Location: Romsey (2 days a week on-site)

12-month Fixed Term Contract

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 plus excellent benefits

One of our established clients are looking for a Senior Business Operations Analyst to join them

Founded over 70 years ago, they're a British centre of excellence for world-class innovation and engineering. They're expertise in Defence but as the decades of innovation have rolled on they expanded into the National Security and Public Sector.

Their innovations can be found all over the world. From computer vision that powered the world's first autonomous landing of a drone at sea; to AI systems that drastically reduce aircraft turnaround times

As Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely with the Defence Business Operations Manager, responsible for overseeing successful delivery against an operational Integrated Business Plan; enabling transformation of the Business Unit operating model; and improving the efficiency and performance of the overall Defence Business Unit

They are looking for you to have experience in the following:

Experience driving the development of Business Operations processes through requirement definition, solution development, process documentation and rollout Proactive approach and ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders Experience working within a busy Business Operations environment Experience within Defence would be beneficial
