Are you an experienced, hungry sales person looking to progress in your position?

The Juice Academy is looking for a passionate, ambitious and experienced Business Development professional. Working closely with the Managing Director to drive the exciting growth of The Juice Academy, by developing and maintaining partnerships, apprenticeship opportunities and supporting with operations.


The Opportunity

Employed by Apprentify and working on The Juice Academy brand, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-growth, forward-looking business with ambitious plans for the future. You will be based in the Wilmslow office, located in the town centre, with parking expenses covered and close to the train station. You will need to work from the office at least two days per week, but expected to attend business and networking events and face to face meetings, with occasional travel to cities outside of Manchester.

The Juice Academy currently has a portfolio of four programmes. This successful partnership over a decade has led to over 700 apprentices in roles with companies including McCann, Manchester Airport Group, The Overlap, Social Chain and LADBible.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and securing apprenticeship opportunities in organisations UK wide for new hires and existing staff
  • Outbound and inbound sales through face-to-face networking, online/offline meetings and calls
  • Maintaining relationships with existing clients
  • Supporting the Managing Director with operations and strategy where required


Requirements

  • Experience of business development and sales
  • Experience in the education sector, preferably apprenticeships but not compulsory
  • Passionate about developing future talent and upskilling people
  • Able to think creatively, be adaptive and dynamic
  • Extremely organised with strong self-management
  • A team player that can also work independently
  • Confident, able to deliver presentations
