We’re working with a fast-growing AI consultancy with offices in London, Manchester, and Edinburgh. The business is 2 years old, currently with 70 employees, and engaged in various AI projects including fact extraction, conversational AI, co-pilots, and knowledge graphs across clients in investments, insurance, F&B, and CPG sectors.


The founders have extensive experience in building and exiting data science consultancies, having previously sold to a 'Big 4'. They aim to replicate this success here, fueling rapid team growth.


We are seeking Senior AI Engineers to develop end-to-end LLM products for clients, contributing to building the business.


What we’re looking for:



  • Experience building production-ready AI solutions, including designing, developing, and deploying AI applications in collaboration with clients.
  • Background in foundational Computer Vision/NLP.
  • Strong software engineering skills (3+ years).
  • Experience developing and deploying LLM architectures.
  • Up-to-date with current AI trends.
  • Experience with techniques like RAG architecture, GenAI, parallel training, etc.


The role is hybrid, with occasional requirements to work on client premises in London (1-5 days per week). Flexibility is essential.
