Job Title:Senior Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Location:Remote or Hybrid (London, UK, with relocation to San Francisco after 6 months)

With paid partnerships from top investors, including those managing multi-billion-pound portfolios, their AI-powered solution saves investors significant time by integrating founder traits, business criteria, and advanced algorithms to optimise decision-making. Their vision is to extend their solutions to a 3-billion-person market, supporting aspiring entrepreneurs globally.


The Role:

We are seeking aSenior AI Engineerto enhance our client’s existing OpenAI-driven algorithms and lead the development of their proprietary co-pilot platform. You will play a pivotal role in capturing and structuring data from investor and founder engagements to generate actionable insights. This position is ideal for someone passionate about shaping the future of entrepreneurship through cutting-edge AI technology.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimise and expand the company’s OpenAI-driven algorithms, improving efficiency and client usability.
  • Conduct research into alternative AI providers to broaden and deepen the company’s offerings.
  • Develop models to process and structure large datasets from investor-founder engagements, producing clear, actionable outputs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI solutions into the proprietary platform.
  • Contribute to building a system that redefines how entrepreneurship is quantified and identified, setting a new standard for the industry.
  • Support the roll-out of the co-pilot platform, enhancing founder interactions and predicting entrepreneurial success.
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to maintain the company’s competitive edge.


Essential Criteria:

  • Proven experience in AI engineering or machine learning, with a focus on building and deploying large-scale models.
  • Expertise in OpenAI technologies and familiarity with other AI platforms and providers.
  • Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and experience with data processing pipelines.
  • Ability to work with complex datasets, transforming raw data into structured, insightful outputs.
  • Familiarity with psychometric assessments, behavioural modelling, or similar fields is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation in AI and entrepreneurship.
  • Willingness to travel between London and San Francisco as required, with the potential to relocate to San Francisco in the future.
