Salary: £75,000 - £95,000 + EMI Share options
Location: UK wide Home based / Hybrid (with occasional travel to client offices as needed)

The Role
As aSenior Applied AI Solution Engineer, you’ll lead the design, development, and deployment of AI applications, such as Large Language Model-powered agents, for major clients. This role balances hands-on development with leadership, and offers the opportunity to own end-to-end solutions and contribute to innovation.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead AI solution developmentfrom concept to deployment, ensuring alignment with client strategies.
- Build and deploy AI-powered applicationsusing foundational models, enhancing enterprise capabilities.
- Mentor and guide teams, setting high standards for technical excellence and fostering a culture of learning.
- Drive innovationin AI technologies, contributing to R&D and knowledge base.
- Collaborate with clientsto explain complex solutions and build strong relationships.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in software development, with expertise in Python, microservices, and large-scale systems.
- Experience withAI applications, data processing, andlarge language models.
- Proven leadership inAI solution designandteam management.
- A Strong communicator, capable of engaging with senior business and technical clients.
- The ability to managemultiple projectsand prioritize effectively.
