Security Engineer

Job SummaryWex is looking for a security engineer with Antivirus platform experience.The engineer will be responsible for enhancing Trend Deep Security and CrowdStrike policies tooptimize the usage and operation of the tools. This individual will also be reasonable foranalysis of existing policies to provide recommendations for optimization.Responsibilities and DutiesReview existing policies and provide recommendationEnhance policies to optimize the usage of AV platformHighlight areas of opportunity to reduce issues with AV platformsHelp design effective AV policiesWork with different teams to help with policy enhancementProvide analysis for the effectiveness of existing policiesHelp with day-to-day operations of AV toolsHelp design a process and workflow for supporting AV solutionsQualifications and SkillsMandatory:Must understand Trend Deep Security and CrowdStrike Antivirus and supporting modules(i.E…Antivirus or Antimalware, IPS, endpoint protection, machine learning, etc.)5 years or more of IT experience.Solid understanding of Active Directory groupsSolid understanding of Windows OSSolid understanding of Linux OSAt least 3-5 years of experience managing AV platformsHost-Based Intrusion Prevention Systems experience.Solid Trend Deep security policy experienceAt least 2-3 year of experience dealing with the deployment of AV platforms and policy optimizationMaintain Trend Deep security/ CrowdStrike environment in optimum performance andcompliance standards.Experience with administration including the ability to configure and resolve complex securityissues in support of enterprise endpoints/servers (15000 nodes) in a geographically dispersedenvironment.Identify process and technical improvements for the environmentDesirableKnowledge in a variety of endpoint solutions such as Sophos and/or Symantec AVKnowledge of Vulnerability Management and Risk AnalysisAV policy enhancements for SACB solutions (Netskope)Vendor-specific AV/APT certificationsPrior experience and/or training with regard to the ITIL Services FrameworkWe look forward to receiving your application!
