Role:SAP Supply Chain Transformation Manager

Location: London

Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 P/A + 10% Bonus + Extensive Benefits Package

Work-Style:Hybrid

The ideal SAP Supply Chain Transformation Manager will have extensive experience in SAP-based supply chain transformation projects, supporting clients with strategy development, process optimisation, and technical delivery. This role will involve engaging with stakeholders at various levels, ensuring seamless integration and execution of SAP solutions. You will work across industries, including manufacturing, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, oil & gas, and retail.

Your responsibilities as SAP Supply Chain Transformation Manager include:

  • Multiple experiences in transitioning from SAP modules including but not limited to WM/MM/IM to EWM.
  • Leading the design and delivery of SAP supply chain transformation projects, ensuring successful implementation and alignment with business objectives.
  • Managing pre-sales and business development activities, including client presentations and bid proposals.
  • Providing expert guidance on SAP solutions, covering areas such as SAP Integrated Business Planning, SAP PP/DS, SAP Extended Warehouse Management, SAP Order Management & Fulfilment, and SAP Transport Management.
  • Advising clients on the integration of SAP applications with other enterprise tools to optimise supply chain processes.
  • Facilitating design workshops to translate business requirements into actionable SAP solutions.
  • Coaching and mentoring junior team members to support their professional development.
  • Overseeing SAP project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications, ensuring smooth execution.

Your previous experience as SAP Supply Chain Transformation Manager will include:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Extensive experience in SAP supply chain transformations with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Expertise in SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain solutions and their integration across business functions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers.
  • Experience in a consulting-led environment with a focus on business development and client advisory.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within project teams.
  • SAP certification in a relevant domain.
