Summary Eagle Eye Networks is looking for a motivated and proactive Sales Engineer to support our sales team in the Northern UK region.  Your work will be key to enhancing Eagle Eye Networks’ presence in the United Kingdom, helping us successfully deploy our cutting-edge cloud-based video management solutions in a dynamic, rapidly evolving market. Key Responsibilities Provide hands-on technical guidance through product demonstrations, consultations, and customized solutions, supporting the success of clients and sales partners in the Northern UK market. Collaborate with sales teams to deliver pre-sales support, including system design and integration for driving new business opportunities. Conduct workshops, technical training sessions, and onboarding programs for resellers, dealers, end-users, and internal teams, ensuring they are well-equipped to leverage our solutions. Manage technical documentation, RFIs, RFPs, and security questionnaires with accuracy and clarity. Stay informed on UK market trends, regulatory updates, and competitor activity, establishing a consultative and trusted presence in the industry. Required Skills & Experience Fluency in English. Industry Experience: 2-4 years in pre-sales technical support or engineering, ideally in Video Surveillance, Security, or SaaS industries. Strong background in Cyber Security and networking, with knowledge of protocols, security best practices, network architecture, and industry standards. Proven ability to handle multiple projects effectively, balancing priorities and maintaining focus in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and accessibly. Enthusiastic, with a commitment to continuous learning and growth.
