VANRATH have partnered with one of Northern Ireland's most established family-run car dealerships. The organisation is recruiting for a Sales Controller position - this will be a fulfilling role within our growing business playing a key role within the Sales team and working closely with Sales Manager. Location Boucher road, Belfast Salary £35,000 + OTE earnings up to £50,000 + Company Car + Fantastic benefits, company pension scheme, 30 days holidays. Responsibilities: Maintain product knowledge and be aware of Sales Promotions and quarterly campaigns in operation. Help lead the Sales team to achieve success focusing on defined priority areas Follow up and prospect customers to maximise every sales opportunity for both repeat and new business Assist the Sales Manager with the daily operations of the department in line with Standard Operating Procedures To ensure that each customer is provided with the information to make an informed decision relative to their purchase Stack deals for the sales team and 2nd face customers Comply with FCA obligations and F & I Sales Process Deputising for the Sales Manager in his absence Complete training programs as required. Maintain adequate records of all sales activities including customer contacts through showroom log. Carry out full and accurate appraisals of all vehicles presented in part-exchange, using the showroom enquiry form, including mechanical, electrical and all cosmetic features Maintain all paperwork in a complete and orderly manner The Ideal Candidate: A minimum of 2 years selling experience Experience within a car dealership essential Experience carrying out full and accurate appraisals of vehicles presented in part-exchange Knowledge of FCA obligations, F&I, Sales Processes Excellent written & oral communication and IT skills needed Desired: Previous team leader experience and/or experience within a similar role would be an advantage F&I experience within a car dealership advantageous Some feedback from recent VANRATH candidates- ''Vanrath have been an absolute pleasure to work with from initial job discussions to job offer and I would recommend them as the first point of call for anyone looking for exciting new opportunities.''
