Our unprecedented growth means we now have a fantastic opportunity for skilled, field-based Roadside Mechanics to join our Roadside Patrol team.
As a Roadside Mechanic you will need:
A Level 3 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
Demonstrative technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience
A customer focused approach
A full UK driving licence
Flexibility to work at relatively short notice
Open to travel and overnight stays if necessary
In this role youll work the equivalent of 40 hours per week without a set roster. This means you will receive your roster seven days in advance, while the core hours that you are scheduled to work will be sent three days in advance. You will work within the hours of 0600 and 0200. Your shift patterns will include evenings, early mornings, weekends and bank holidays.
As a SuperFlex Roadside Mechanic, youll come across a diverse range of breakdowns and technical issues, so technical experience is essential. Youll need to demonstrate core mechanical, electrical and diagnostic experience. Having a base pay of £53,721, youll enjoy uncapped earning potential with average earnings between £57000 - £60,000.
