Job Summary

Our Reward and HR Data Analyst helps design compensation programs for OPEN Health and provide the People Team with support by developing and improving the quality of HR data analytics for the team and the broader business.  They work with our People, Talent Acquisition, and Finance teams to develop solutions and implement programs following the company’s business strategy and compensation philosophy.

They play a critical part in ensuring accurate and timely compensation for all employees in multiple disciplines within OPEN Health and the timely and accurate analysis of key HR data points in order to develop trend data to support decision making. They also own new and established broker relationships and aid in the transition to a global benefits provider along with driving the benefits renewal process.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Managing global benefits programs, including ownership of the open enrolment process in the US and detailed reporting
  • Leading the review of benefits provision Globally to ensure OPEN Health remain competitive and that the offerings are well understood and communicated effectively
  • Supporting the CPO and senior team in the gathering and analysis of critical HR data that will help decision making, action planning and Board reporting
  • Develop repeatable and/or bespoke reports on HR Data
  • Assisting with annual pay review process and off cycle increases along with job evaluations, data analytics and data quality checks
  • Assisting in the operational delivery of day-to-day compensation activities, such as role compensation assessments, market benchmarking and salary recommendations
  • Participating in compensation surveys to analyse the competitive market position for each in-country location
  • Owning the entry and management of compensation specific data entry into the HRIS system (Success Factors), inclusive of job mapping, job code/job profile creation and pay grades
  • Assisting with the review of new and existing job descriptions against levels/ job hierarchy and supporting Talent Engagement in developing competitive compensation offers for new hires
  • Participating in special projects as assigned including pay grades and career ladders review and any new platform implementation/enhancements
  • Supporting with employee recognition platform administration
  • Maintaining a solid understanding of global legislation that may affect benefit and compensation policies to ensure programs are legal and compliant
  • Providing analytical/data gathering and processing support to the People team

Experience

  • In-depth knowledge and experience of global benefits with specific US benefits management, including Healthcare and Retirement plans
  • Experience of delivering US Open Enrolment, managing renewals, and owning broker and carrier relationships
  • Detailed experience of benchmarking, job analysis, market pricing preferably in the pharma/healthcare sector
  • Ideally has a data scientist background and used to working with HR data and can handle the manipulation of data from different sources and present this back in a way that is accurate, logical and insightful – experience of using Tableau, PowerBI or similar tools a distinct advantage
  • Must also have advanced Excel skills and the ability to analyse data and present in a effective way to support decision making
  • Exceptional analytical and organization skills with the ability to work independently and interact effectively with all levels of management
  • Proactive approach, and ability to be resilient at times, while maintaining a high level of confidentiality
  • Proven record of providing excellent customer experience to all compensation and benefits related queries
  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS365 including Word, PPT, Outlook, and Teams
  • Proficiency in HRIS, payroll, and data analysis tools
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills
