Full Time 40 Hours Per WeekWe are looking to recruit a Supervisor to join our Welwyn & Hatfield R&M team, based from our office in Welwyn Garden City, AL8 6AE.About the RoleJoining us as Repairs Supervisor, you will lead a team as part of a project or defined work stream, driving excellent service standards and achievement of KPIs. You will assess resource requirements and support the management of the day-to-day activity, ensuring that all team objectives are met within overall time, cost and budget constraints.You will manage team performance in line with company policy, ensuring they are clear in terms of their roles and responsibilities. Youll hold regular review meetings and coach, mentor and motivate staff, ensuring development needs are identified. Youll also be responsible for resolving any complaints, informing management, and implementing action plans to address any areas of dis-satisfaction.About YouCandidates will have significant technical knowledge and extensive proven experience. With a Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS), or equivalent and sound knowledge of construction methods, technology and materials, youll have excellent time management, good IT skills and be proactive and flexible with great influencing skills.
