Job Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader within the Glasgow City HSCP’s North East Rehabilitation Service.
This post is supported by the Service Manager in the management of all multi-disciplinary team members to deliver a high quality service in compliance with statutory responsibilities, professional guidelines and the policies and procedures of the organisation. The post is predominantly managerial and provides day to day professional and managerial input to the multidisciplinary team which comprises AHP, Nursing, Pharmacy, Support Worker and Administration staff.
The post holder is responsible for the delivery of the highest standards of multi-disciplinary care to service users and their relatives through the development and management of staff within their remit. The post holder will function as an independent autonomous practitioner by virtue of in-depth knowledge, expertise, proficiency and experience - and will lead and enable the team to provide a high quality service. The post holder will be a 1st level registered nurse/AHP registered with a relevant regulatory body. They will have excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate leadership qualities.
