About the role: Quantitative Analyst / Algo We’re on a mission to build the future of trading in DeFi by creating AI-driven systems that trade autonomously and scale with the market, reducing human involvement. Machine learning will be at the heart of our trading strategies, pushing the boundaries of quantitative research and providing smarter, more scalable solutions. We’re looking for an experienced Quantitative Researcher with a proven track record in DeFi—someone who has worked beyond arbitrage, yield farming, and liquidity pools. We want a quant who can bring new, innovative strategies to the table and help shape our AI-driven trading systems. In this role, you’ll leverage your expertise to create novel quantitative models and collaborate with our ML Engineers & ML Research Scientist to integrate them into our trading strategies. You’ll help drive the evolution of autonomous AI agents that adapt and make decisions in real-time, optimizing performance in DeFi markets. If you’ve designed advanced trading strategies in DeFi and are excited about AI-driven algorithmic trading, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact. Duties and responsibilities Data mining and analysis from different sources, development and optimization of mathematical models based on time series structures. Perform analytical research in DeFi realm Statistical hypotheses testing and processing ad-hoc requests. Visualization and interpretation of the research results. Assessment with internal data processing and reporting. Find anomalies and proposals for their elimination. Qualifications BSc in STEM subjects - Maths, Statistics, Physics or Computer Science preferred. Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation of large data sets is a must. Good knowledge and deep understanding of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, probability analysis, linear algebra. Familia with base ML approaches and techniques. Experience with time series analysis, feature engineering, interpolation / extrapolation, dimension reduction etc. Knowledge of financial markets microstructure and trading environment. Programming experience in Python / R /Julia.
