About the Role:
At iStep Learning, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and education that fosters the growth and development of every child. With your solid understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and a genuine love for working with children, you’ll inspire curiosity, creativity, and confidence in their formative years.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Provide outstanding care and learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework.
* Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities tailored to each child’s needs.
* Observe, assess, and document children’s development to celebrate progress and inform next steps.
* Build warm and trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
* Maintain a safe, secure, and stimulating environment while upholding safeguarding and health & safety policies.
