TheSales Performance Analytics DeveloperRole

We are seeking an innovative and forward-thinking Technical Sales Performance Specialist for Analytics to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage Qlik’s leading Analytics and AI Technology in collaboration with the Sales Performance Analysts to develop and implement solutions that provide the insights and actions to drive sales growth, sales productivity, and sales planning using Qlik technology.

This is an individual contributor role who will work closely with Qlik’s Sales Performance Management team and Global Sales Operations

Here’s how you’ll be making an impact:

Solution Development: Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions to optimize Sales Leadership insights to their business and predict the future sales potential. Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics and machine learning techniques to derive actionable insights and inform decision-making processes. Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and related Analytics technologies, identifying opportunities for application within the sales domain to showcase the value Qlik Analytics and AI products deliver within the Sales organization. Quality: You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between sales systems (such as Salesforce) and our Snowflake data warehouse. You will understand the data structures within these sales systems and collaborate closely with our data warehouse team to ensure that quality data is seamlessly integrated into our Snowflake environment. Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Operations leadership, Technical Enablement, IT and other stakeholders to understand needs, gather requirements, and ensure successful development and evolution of AI and Analytics solutions to improve Sales insight. Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor the performance of AI and Analytics solutions, adjusting and making improvements as necessary to maximize impact. Inspire:Create a strong culture and environment where our people can thrive and feel empowered by focusing on innovation.

We’re looking for a teammate with:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. 5+ years of hands on experience developing analytic solutions using QlikSense. A strong understanding of machine learning and Generative AI would be advantageous. 3+ years of experience in developing Sales Analytics and an understanding of enterprise data modelling Strong communication skills, being able to identify creative ways to present Analytics to business users. Easily develops partnerships and builds trust and credibility with cross-functional partners and sales professionals/sales leaders. Understanding of sales processes and the ability to translate business needs into technological solutions. Key attention to detail and has a high standard for the quality of their work. Someone who is innovative, brings learning best practices and eager to be a part of a growing Sales Performance team.
