Project & Operations Lead - The Role

This hands-on, hybrid role blends project management, operational delivery, and strategic support. You'll work closely with the CEO to ensure the smooth execution of key priorities, enabling high-level focus while keeping day-to-day operations moving. The ideal candidate will be proactive, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented — someone who thrives on getting things done and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to make things happen.

· Data-Driven Execution Results-focused and analytical, you’ll turn ideas into action, ensuring execution is as sharp as the strategy behind it.

· Operational Support Confidently manage complex schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and high-level communications with efficiency and professionalism.

· Strategic Support Provide well-researched insights, high-quality board reports, presentations, and data-led recommendations. You’ll support decision-making and contribute to strategic planning.

· Operations & Efficiency Streamline workflows, coordinate across stakeholders, and continuously look for ways to improve systems, processes, and delivery

Project & Operations Lead - Key Requirements

· Strong background in Financial Services

· Experience working with or alongside a Fund

· Proficient in financial and data tools, including Excel; exposure to financial modelling preferred

· Proven project management experience: formal PM qualifications are advantageous

· Must have the right to work in the UK

· Comfortable with hybrid working, including regular weekly travel
