Job Description

We are looking for a project manager for a leading pharmaceutical company based in Maidenhead. As part of this role, you will have to be a dynamic and experienced project manager and have the ability to lead cross-functional teams in designing, developing, and deploying innovative AI solutions that drive value for both business and patients.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management for BTS projects within AI International, developing comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals, and coordinate with various managers and technical personnel during all project phases
Facilitate the Scrum process, ensuring productive and successful execution of Agile practices. Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Support and validation of business analysis activities to ensure requirements and other deliverables are suitable and meet the overall ambition of the business.
Develop and maintain plans and schedules with resource estimations, define milestones and deliverables, track progress, provide status updates for the projects within the scope of portfolio management.
Contribute to the Change Management process of local business applications to completion. Carry out Impact Analysis, planning & execution (both for change management and lifecycle)
Monitor and maintain the Compliance state of local application landscape, help project managers and BTS management to adhere to and further develop compliance of our processes and standards in the area of local business applications.
Understand the Software Lifecycle (SLC) process and compliance activities required for new or revised applications/systems
Perform work using standard methodologies, processes and tools to ensure compliance with policies, processes and regulatory requirements.
Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans that mitigate these risks.Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business informatics, Computer Science or related discipline.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is required.
Min 3 years' experience in Information Technologies
Strong organizational and planning skills
Engaged team player who works well in a team setting under pressure and to deadlines
Fast comprehension and high reliability
Continuous improvement mindset
Pragmatic, Hands-on, independent working methods
Analytical and solution-oriented mindset, with ability to effectively problem solve in a logical and structured manner
Ability to communicate in a clear and structured way, both verbal and written communications
Ability to explain technical issues clearly and simply to a non-technical audience
Project management certification strongly preferred
Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry strongly preferred
Experience with Project management tools (Ms Project, Clarity, Smartsheet,JIRA etc) preferred
Fluent in the Microsoft Office Suite O365
Experience in application development / project management for web sites, mobile applications or similar digital

Competencies

A working understanding of Artificial Intelligence capabilities, such as familiarity with large language models, machine learning algorithms and the principles of data-driven decision making is highly advantageous
Expert analytical and problem-solving skills with a willingness to challenge constructively
Ability to independently frame business questions, formulate a methodology and manage against project timelines and deliverables
Ability to analyze data and identify impactful results to create a compelling fact-based business story
High attention to detail with impeccable knowledge management and record keeping skills
Ability to move easily between strategic to operational and tactical thinking across different stakeholder groups
Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively in multifunctional teams and very senior stakeholders
Ability to influence, partner, challenge thinking and gain credibility with internal stakeholders
Ability to build strong cross functional, collaborative working relationships
Ability to think creatively and having the experience and competency to initiate new projects from a blank sheet of paper to cross divisional implementation
Team player who is skilled at influencing others and facilitating discussions

Ability to manage multiple projects within a complex and changing environment
