You’re a communicator, whether it’s reporting progress on the projects you lead or briefing the research teams. You’re naturally curious and enthusiastic about science and technology.


This is a permanent role for outstanding candidates.


WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING


You’ll play a critical role working closely with our Client Services team, supporting the delivery of client projects by managing the workflow provided by science and technology experts. 


  • Plan projects, including writing project briefs
  • Directly resource and manage virtual teams of many contributors
  • Coordinate and oversee the execution of projects
  • Monitor schedules and budgets
  • Implement and improve processes and workflows


You are expected to gain exposure to a wide range of emerging technology topics, such as:


  • AI and machine learning

  • Climate data & analytics
  • Digital Twins
  • Future aerospace concepts
  • Human-machine interfaces

Schedule:


  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends


Remote and flexible working arrangements considered. 


REQUIREMENTS


  • Graduate or Masters degree (a science or engineering subject preferred)
  • Previous project management experience within a commercial setting
  • Track record of planning projects (short and medium-term), meeting deadlines and managing multiple activities
  • Ability to write clearly, speak articulately and think on your feet. You effectively communicate between team members, key stakeholders and everyone else involved
