Description Program Finance AnalystLocation: Whiteley,Hampshire, UKAre you a leader looking to launch your career to thenext level?..Role Overview:Reporting to the Division Finance &Business Operations Manager, the Program Financial Analyst isresponsible for providing Programme Financial Control and ensuringthe integrity of the financials on the programmes. This role willbe primarily responsible for supporting programmes in the CivilDivision, based in the South East of England.  Duties &Responsibilities:Be a key member of Programme Management Team andact as a Finance Business PartnerProvide highest level of customerservice to all customers and stakeholders Responsible for thepricing of new business opportunities when required Develop,track and update programme baseline including tracking actual costsagainst baseline, development and overall management of programmeEstimate At Complete (EAC)Analysis of programme actuals foraccuracy, identifying & correcting errors, and communicatingissues to Programme Management to prevent futureerrorsResponsibility for producing programme financial customerdeliverables Supporting financial presentation for programmeor operational reviewsPerforming both short and long termforecasting for corporate metrics (Awards, Revenue, and OperatingIncome) at the programme level. Providing commentary on variancesand of any financial Risks & Opportunities against financialforecastAccountable for programme billing, cash collection,analysis and clearing of unbilled receivablesSupport the validationof awards/bookings, backlog, revenue & operatingincome Provide excellent adhoc support to a wide variety ofstakeholders both within the finance leadership team, and withinwider operational teamsThe candidate will be expected to work onmultiple tasks simultaneously and to show a degree of flexibilityin working hours when required to meet project and financedeadlinesThe successful candidate will take ownership of decisionsmadeSkills Required:Project/programme accounting experienceStronganalytical and problem solving skillsOrganised and thorough, withattention to detailTeam player but able to work independently andproactivelyAbility to work effectively across organisations andwith multiple locationsDemonstrated ability to work proactively tocomplete work assignmentsGood time management with the ability toachieve deadlinesCapable of operating to tight schedules in ademanding environmentProficient in Microsoft ExcelRecognisedaccounting qualification, or studying towards qualification e.g.CIMADesirable Skills:Pricing/Cost Estimating experienceExperienceof accounting in a project-based business ClearanceRequirements: BPSS Pre-screening required to StartGet onboard withthe fastest growing company in the industry.
