The Decision Platform is our B2B Enterprise Software product that aims to help insurers optimise their underwriting and claims process and realise that future of underwriting & claims. It therefore plays a crucial role in achieving the mission. Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Product Manager to join our team and drive the evolution of our Text Mining product . Text Mining is an AI/NLP product for automating the underwriting of medical documents. The Product Manager will play a crucial role in defining the product strategy for a new product and collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, design, sales, engineering, marketing, and support to streamline business operations, identify growth opportunities, and enhance the overall user experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting customer interviews, analysing data, and working closely with analytics teams to derive actionable insights that will inform product development and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product roadmap initiatives in alignment with business goals and customer needs. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities, and develop product strategy. Lead customer interviews and gather feedback to understand pain points, preferences, and unmet needs. Utilize data analytics tools to analyse user behaviour, platform performance, and key metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Work closely with engineering and data science teams to translate product requirements into actionable development tasks and ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements. Drive the design and implementation of user-centric UI/UX improvements to enhance overall platform usability and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging for new features and product launches. Monitor and evaluate product performance post-launch, gather feedback, and iterate on features to continuously improve product quality and user experience. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred Proven experience (5 years) in product management, preferably in a SaaS environment or a fast-moving scale up Proven experience as Product Manager for an AI product Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
