Job Overview:

Are you excited about how the intersection of hardware and software will unlock the potential for further gains in AI? In this role within the IoT Line of Business you will be leading the ML tooling strategy and collaborating with cross-functional teams and with lead partners to create a comprehensive set of software and tools that brings AI inference to the edge.

Arm has revolutionised multiple industries and is now defining the future of AI on edge computing. The IoT Line of Business is rapidly moving inference from being a cloud centric compute, to a distributed local computing experience with all the benefits of reduced latency, privacy and cost this change will deliver.

Responsibilities:

Define the set of tools and frameworks required for developers to deploy machine learning models and applications on Arm platforms, aligned with user needs in IoT markets

Define and implement a strategy for the migration and optimisation of ML workloads between cloud and edge devices

Work across product and engineering teams to manage tooling software requirements and deliverables

Collaborate with third party vendors and projects to incorporate their tools into our solutions where applicable

Required Skills and Experience:

Deep understanding of delivering AI inference on edge computing, or cloud platforms

Deep knowledge of ML frameworks and libraries

Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to align product strategy and build consensus across product and engineering teams

Nice To Have Skills and Experience:

Relevant software development experience on Linux based systems, as a software architect or lead developer for one or more products

Prior experience building applications with ML frameworks, such as PyTorch
