We are seeking a Product Manager - AI, Product Delivery II to help drive the delivery of AI and Generative-AI projects across Boston Scientific. This role involves the planning, execution, and delivery of AI-driven products that align with business goals and customer needs. It offers an excellent growth opportunity and will be integral to the AI, Data, Visualization, and Digital Health team, focusing on product development and business strategy. The position allows for involvement in shaping a compelling product vision that leverages the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data analytics. The Product Manager will collaborate on driving the product roadmap, prioritizing features, and supporting the product lifecycle by helping to translate complex AI concepts into tangible solutions that deliver value to our organization. We are looking for a curious and passionate individual with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of AI/Generative AI applications. This is a hybrid opportunity requiring three days on-site at either our Marlborough, MA, or Twin Cities, MN, office locations. Your responsibilities will include: Coordinate the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from intake and needs analysis to full product development and launch. Serve as the primary business contact, leading engagement activities and ensuring smooth collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders. Track and report on the implementation of AI business solutions, leading client workshops and interviews to identify high-value use cases and define clear business requirements. Plan and control project execution activities, ensuring project deliverables are met, obtaining client sign-off, and evaluating engagement success and profitability. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, structuring project activities, fostering continuous learning, and supporting skill enhancement for the team. Develop and prioritize the digital product roadmap, including new capabilities, integrations, systems, and tools. Evaluate objectives, business impact, and effort level to help determine long-term prioritization. Gather data and seek input from various sources (analytics, customers, internal global and marketing teams, competitors) to crystallize insights, identify opportunities, and define roadmap deliverables. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher. 3 years of experience with enterprise web platforms, particularly in AI-related projects (e.g., machine learning, predictive modeling, and/or generative AI), with a demonstrated ability to deliver impactful, high-quality outcomes in a professional setting. 3 years of experience working in an AI, data, or digital environment. 3 years of experience leading the full lifecycle of digital products. Demonstrated knowledge of user experience principles. Experience with digital and data integrations. Experience with SaaS and cloud solutions. Preferred Qualifications: Experience delivering digital capabilities for healthcare professionals and patients. Certifications in AI/ML technologies and cloud platforms. Experience working with Generative AI and large language models (LLMs), with a preference for those who have contributed to the development and implementation of these technologies Experience presenting to stakeholders and gaining buy-in, with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels. Proven ability to work independently while proactively engaging with team members, colleagues, and stakeholders to align and drive solutions forward. Effective management of conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence team members effectively to achieve project goals. Demonstrated ability to prioritize team collaboration and actively support all team members.
