You will:

What you will be working on?

Develop and maintain a AI/ML platform roadmap to guide the organization's AI/ML initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with various stakeholders, including business users, data scientists, ML engineers, data governance teams, and technology teams, to understand requirements and develop appropriate solutions. Assist with securing the right data needed for a solution, in the right way, in compliance with the firm’s policies Influence the design of data science solutions to deliver for multiple stakeholders simultaneously Collaborate with the firms Design and User Experience teams, providing clear requirements derived from user research to develop a best-in-class platform offering Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies in the AI/ML space, and apply relevant insights to improve the organization's capabilities. Working in close partnership with all LOBs (Markets, Payments, Securities Services, Investment Banking) to ensure product roadmap is collectively aligned to the firms strategic vision, while being mindful of business requirements across the entirety of the CIB Partner with the Data and ML Engineering Technology team to ensure the product vision, roadmap and prioritization is clearly understood and efficiently executed

Who are we hiring?

We are looking for an outstanding, Product Manager – AI/ML Platform with experience building and scaling digital and data products from concept to delivery. We are looking for someone who, when something needs to be done, people come to you to get it done.

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field;  You have 8+ years of experience, with at least 3+ years of experience in AI/ML space and at least 3+ years in a product management role Knowledge of the data ecosystem, spanning from data ingestion, data engineering, data quality, data orchestration, end to end infrastructure, usage/consumption and data privacy considerations and governance. Knowledge of the ML workflow, spanning from annotation, model training, model serving, scoring, pre/post processing, productionization and feedback capture Knowledge of Cloud (AWS) computing and architecture, Big Data management technologies, and ML platform tools An understanding of “as-a-service” models and the core capabilities of the public Cloud You have strong leadership skills and the ability to independently own products or a portfolio of products end-to-end. You have a strong track record of product deliveries Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience in organizing, researching and analysing client needs. You bridge the technical and business worlds, ensuring we are building the right products with a combination of vision, market/user/competitor research and usage metrics Experience in Product Management discipline doing business analysis, market/user research, owning roadmap, project management, business and project plans  You have a demonstrated interest in emerging technology trends and products to solve the most complex data challenges The ability to build consensus amongst a wide range of partners including business owners, technology, operations, legal & compliance, marketing & sales You are a team player and can roll your sleeves up when you need to, and also are able to lead and influence product conversations with all involved parties Ability to navigate a matrixed organization and the ability to influence peers by articulating the product offering and value to business partners Proven experience with Operations and/or Front Office and/or Consulting within banking industry is a plus
